Web has become an integral part of every human being. Web has loads of information which are helping the people in many ways. Web 3.0 was first mentioned in a blog article by Jeffery Zeldman in 2006. At that time it was associated with some technologies like Ajax. The technologies in Web 3.0 utilize semantic data which is applied on small scale by numerous companies. Efforts have been taken to bring these technologies to the public. The Web 3.0 came with the emergence of The Data Web. And with the growth of and development of SPARQL technology offers a standardized language for searching in RDF database on the Web. In the Data Web Phase the emphasis is on making the structured data. The evolutionary path of the web came with the Web 3.0. Many leading companies like Google and IBM are applying new technologies which are bringing out information like predicting which song is going to be a hit by surfing the college music web sites.
The debate on web 3.0 is that whether intelligent system is the driving force behind this application. Web 3.0 is a better version of Web 2.0. the technology of Web 2.0 came in 1999.

It is said that Web 3.0 is the extension of Semantic web content. There are softwares which are made for logical reasoning an intelligent agents. The softwares based on this are developed through academic research. If Web 3.0 is further developed the possible path for this application can be 3 dimensional vision. This will transform the web into a series of 3D spaces. This will help the new Internet generation to access new programs. The first version of the application was Web 1.0 which was basically read only web. No changes can be done on this web. But as development in softwares started taking place the better version of this web came which was Web 2.0. This web was read and write web. This helped to improve the creativity of people. The Web 3.0 was a major development which enabled the users to not only read and write the contents but also to edit it. Web is one of the most used system to gain information and to write blogs. A Web contains many hypertext documents. The documents are interlinked with each other. More then millions of people are accessing the web each day. Now with the better version of Web one can enjoy accessing the sites. The interesting features of Web 3.0 is attracting many users.

Web 3.0 is said to be the third decade of the web. The applications in Web 3.0 is relatively small and this helps the application to run on any small device like mobile phone. The Web 3.0 has become a subject of great interest as large number of companies are implementing this application. In future more better version of Web will definitely come which will have more developed features.
