Web 3.0 Debates

Web 3.0 debates are regarding what description should be attributed to this application of the web. The Web 3.0 is one of the most essential applications for the web to perform all the upgraded form of web applications. The functions performed by it has given rise to all the speculations or debates about the name that should be given to the Web 3.0. The Web can be transformed into a database in the Web 3.0. This transformation is a type of Web 3.0 debates. To get Web 3.0, the Data Web emerges as structured data. The contents are published on the web and are reusable. Some of the formats can be queried like XML, RDF and microformats. The SPARQL technology helps in searching RDF databases on the Web that are very distributed all across. The search is conducted by the means of standardized query language and API. The Data Web lets in a new grade of data integration along with application interoperability. This makes data accessible and the web pages could be linked by it.
In the Web 3.0 debates it is seen that for full Semantic Web, the Data Web is the first step to be taken towards it. Using RDF, structured data can be made which is the main focus of the Data Web phase. Structured data and unstructured or semi-structured content can be widened when there is full Semantic Web stage. The structured and unstructured data like the documents, web pages can be made available in RDF and OWL semantic formats. In the Web 3.0 debates, it is seen that the path to evolutionary intelligence has been well defined and described. With this format, there can be reasoning of the in the quasi-human on the Web. In debates, there are many who believe that this form of vision is not achievable. However it is seen that there are many companies like IBM and Google who have used these new technologies. The result of such usages are that the informations generated from them are used to make predictions at various levels. These kinds of predictions have proved to be very popular.

Another debatable issue about the Web 3.0 is that whether the technology will function well with the intelligent systems installed in the computers. There can be another option too like intelligence emerging from intelligent people in an organic fashion. This can be done b the means of collaborative filtering services that can take out meaning, comprehension and order from the web applications and at the same time measure the interaction with the people. The improvement in the web services will only leads to more comprehensive and exact searches and accessibility. The debates are raised due to the challenging task it requires to modify and update the versions. With every update, there is up-gradation of the web services as well thereby benefiting those who are using the web for getting information and using it for various purposes. There are web services at all the corners of the world due to which there is easy conducting of the business processes.
